A perfect plate can be used at either KS3 or KS4 to help guiding students towards their exams in Food/Catering. These plates have been created to recap knowledge or to prompt questioning. They have also been designed so that students can place their dish in the centre of the plate.
Topics range from menu planning to type of heat transfer and so they cover most areas of the new course starting in September.
The perfect plate can be adapted for presentation, essay criteria or quick tips for a successful work
