That is until the supersonic Science Dept made a revelation ! Sticky notes -not the big square ones but the thin arrow type - and all in an array of colours.
Books are marked and of course NSA is given...but...How structured are we in our busy classroom lives to ensure the NSA is followed up?

By using a sticky note to show the student where NSA is needed, the student will turn to that page and in purple pen will respond to the NSA.
When the NSA has been followed satisfactorily, the student writes their name on the sticky note, removes it from his book and exchanges it for a Pause Plus Point (Reward.)
Hodgson Science Dept along with Debs Bradley currently at Aspire Academy became so excited by these small colourful slips of paper, they competed with maths and indeed the other depts to launch structured NSA for rewards! Have a go at this and tell us all what you think.
