Flipped learning project

By A. King, teacher of R.E

Year 9, who are currently doing the new specification, are given a flipped learning project within each unit.

This unit 'Religion and Life', their focus was 'Life After Death' where pupils had to go away and research the topic area from the point of view of a Christian, a Hindu , a Non-Religious person and then formulate their own opinion.

They were asked to produce something creative, ideally with very few words!

The work submitted has been incredible and the attention to detail from their research findings is amazing!

Flipped learning is allowing our pupils to learn in their own time and at their own pace, allowing each individual pupil the opportunity to ask questions about the subject matter that they find confusing or difficult. We love it in RE!

Flipped project is amazing for all learners, whether they are creative or more academic.
