This is a way of encouraging those students who complete their work and need stretching. It can be very easily stuck in the backs of exercise books. When the students have completed their work, they are encouraged to turn to the Space Invader worksheet and complete an extension task.
For each task the students complete throughout the topic, they will achieve points - with a top score of 120 available. I will be giving out prizes for those who achieve the 120, as a way to stimulate excellence in the classroom.
