Reduce
The major challenge of the new
curriculum is the amount of information students are introduced to, so how can
we get the students more involved in this?
Get them to reduce
the information.
Students were given a
page of information about blood and were asked to reduce it to no more than 30
words but could use as many pictures they liked.
That's Funny
Often we assess
understanding be asking question on the new information given or exam
questions.
Another way is to get
students to think about what if and applying the information in a new way.
